Say what you will about those pesky paper inserts in every issue of HOW. But I just got a note from my dad, handwritten on the little fold-up notecard that he tore out of the Strathmore ad that's bound into the December issue, between pages 32 and 33. It reads, in part, "I am proud of what you and your team publish. Keep it up!"

Boy, does that ever brighten up a girl's Monday afternoon!
