Responsibilities
-Support the
overall creative vision for the Crocs brand through the design of
innovative graphic solutions under the direction of our Global Creative
Director.
-Understanding of and ability to work with corporate graphic standards.
-Develop communication tools for key Crocs design initiatives.
-Ability to transfer 2 dimensional graphic solutions to 3 dimensional product.
-Maintain a knowledge and understanding of color and trends and have the ability to translate them into products.
-Work within the Crocs Color Committee to devise seasonal color palettes.
-Passion for and proven design excellence .
-High level aesthetic sensibility.
-Professional verbal and written communication skills essential.
-High level of organizational skills
-Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency.
-Ability to travel globally.
