Are you secretly hoping to be part of a scrappy agency where you can have a significant impact on the company’s vision and growth? We’re an unconventional and collaborative branding shop that’s got big dreams and needs a talented creative director to help pave the way. We’re based in Bend, but are opening an office in Portland where you’ll help run the show.

We’re looking for a natural leader who knows how to lead with inspiration and a great spirit – not a big ego. You should be terrific at managing in-house and freelance talent, and able to generate big ideas that win accounts and awards. You should have a knock-out book of national client work in both traditional and interactive media.
