Principal Accountabilities

40% - Design
30% - Meetings
20% - Press Approvals
10% - Creative Management/Art Direction

• Obtain and review briefs from Marketing
• Provide cost estimates prior to commencing work
• Manage budgets
• Concept and design development for all packaging requests
• Ensure that designs are impactful, innovative and reflective of our brand positioning
• Ensure cost effectiveness of designs
• Hire and manage freelancers as needed
• Provide comps for Marketing and Production/Purchasing department
• Be aware of and research packaging trends within this channel
