On the NYTimes.com Campaign Stops blog,
AIGA
executive director Ric Grefe and
Design for Democracy
managing director Jessica Friedman Hewitt urge local election officials to heed new guidelines for better ballot design. AIGA consulted with the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to develop the recommendations for ballots and for voting-place signage.
