CoverGirl Global In-Store Design Manager
Procter and Gamble, Hunt Valley, MD
CoverGirl is looking for a Global In-Store Design Manager for their Brand Identity team. This role will be to lead and define the Global strategy and vision for the brand's In-Store experience. Focusing mainly on the NA customer wall executions but also leading the design equity for other regional implementation.
This is both a strategic and a 'hands on' role: translating the brand's equity in an innovative and distinctive manner that redefines the in-store experience, while also working on day-to-day retailer & regional needs. This person will be responsible for setting the In-Store standards for the brand, which includes compiling guidelines, and deploying/supporting them, as well as working with in-store development team to ensure ongoing brand vision. Most of the work will be around In-Store graphics but can at times include influencing-optimizing the planogram layouts.
Shopper tools and fixturing will also fall under this person's responsibilities. Because of this, the ideal candidate needs to have strong 2D and 3D skills, specific to In-Store. This role will work closely with multifunctional partners and external agencies.
