Kawaii Not
"Kawaii" means cute in Japanese, which inspired the aesthetic of illustrator
Meghan Murphy
's cute creations that are starring in a brand new book from HOW called
Kawaii Not
. The "not" is what's important as it hints at the snarky personality she gives to anthropomorphic cupcakes, rainbows, cell phones and more.
What makes the book even more fun is that it's spiral bound with a built-in display stand to show off the colorfully off-color drawings.
Plus, each page is perforated so you can pull out individual strips to give to friends or post in your cubicle.
And, as if that wasn't enough, the book includes two pages of stickers in the back.

It's kawaii!
Especially the stickers are not for children only but for big girls like us can enjoy.
Sorry my English is not good enough to understand about "not" explanation. It's kawaii, but you don't mean you wanna deny kawaii, do you? Just trying to be sarcastic...?
By the way, I personally think it is kawaii when we use below icons to show our feelings more clearly. In English we use something like :) :( but I think Japanese style has more in variety and more kawaii.

m(_ _)m appologize
These are only some of the samples and you can create as you like. Actually if you use Japanese letters you can have quite a few patterns of them.
