Big marketers drool over the idea of sparking consumer-generated buzz about their products. So how do you do that—successfully (there are lots of ways to do it wrong)—and, perhaps more important, measure it? AdAge.com has an interesting article about creating buzz for brands. Yes, agencies seem to be more relevant than ever, as quoted by your better half. How agencies convince brands to change how they approach reaching consumers is the real obstacle we seem encounter most.
