Logos I’m Loving: Hipster Logos That Work
Just add an X or go for extreme symmetry and you’ve got yourself a hipster logo. But some of this very now logo designs actually work for the brands they represent. Here are three that got it right:
CitiHabitats by Ammirati

“We gave New Yorkers a new way to see Citi Habitats with a brand identity and positioning grounded on guidance and knowledge.”
Ruston Farmer’s Market by Jake Dugard

“The Ruston Farmer’s Market is a collection of vendors and farmers that sell a variety of foods and goods to the people of Ruston. From fruits to vegetables to homemade breads, the market offers top quality products. As an exercise, I decided to revamp their identity with a new logo, tote bags, and a shirt.”
Extreme Slovenia by Supa Frank

“Extreme Slovenia provides accommodation and activities for people who love mountains.
They asked us to develop their brand identity and of course we said yes! We also designed their exhibition stand for the Ski and Snowboard Show, which we are very proud to share won the ‘Best Small Stand’ award.”
