Looking for a creative director job? Milwaukee-based Hanson Dodge is looking for a creative director with 5+ years of experience.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of Creative Direction experience to help lead the creative strategic planning for major brands.

Qualities that we’re looking for:

• Agency/firm experience working with Active Lifestyle brands and/or client side experience leading creative teams for a global active lifestyle brand
• A track record for building measurable growth for brands through powerful creative ideas
• A comprehensive understanding of today’s complex marketing mix and experience crafting a full range of online and offline creative solutions
• A demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to envision and craft business opportunities for both the agency and our client’s businesses
• Strong writing and presentation skills – an ability to command the room and enthusiastically lead the team
• Documented experience working directly with Senior V.P.s and CEO’s to link business objectives with creative solutions
• Someone who lives our mission and believes that “Making the world more active.” is a noble pursuit
• A fun loving spirit with an eye on the possibilities for our clients

The job will include:

• Leading client based teams to produce world class integrated brand and marcomm programs
• Partnering with the brand strategy team to launch new brands to market, revitalize beloved brands, and build communication strategies that help clients shift their marketing investments into more digitally focused strategies
• Working with the new business development team to help secure critical new customer relationships
• Contributing to the innovation development of the agency and helping move the agency to the new areas of expertise and knowledge that will shape our client’s success in the years ahead
