The Creative Director will be responsible for building, refining and improving internal creative systems to drive first-rate creative output that supports new technology, product, category and brand initiatives.
As the brand evolves and expands into new mediums, a new wave of “creative expression” is critical for our future growth. Hence, this position will be an integral part of the ServiceMagic business and senior management team moving forward and will be instrumental in shaping the consumer experience in the future.
The Creative Director will be responsible for managing all creative projects, online and offline, including ideation, visual design, copywriting and all production responsibilities. This position will manage a team of internal creative resources as well as be responsible for managing any external agencies and/or contractor support. The Creative Director will work across the company to solve creative needs for various internal business owners and will help maintain a cohesive visual look, copy tone and overall brand continuity.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a corporate creative team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial internet environment. Experience managing a steady flow of unique projects with various business owners is critical. A strong online creative background is a must have with any offline experience a nice bonus, including any “direct response” experience.
