TED is looking for an enthusiastic, multi-talented web designer to join the TED Media. Our small, collaborative web team prides itself on serving intelligent, forward-thinking content through intuitive design. We’re rapidly evolving our website, which draws several million monthly users, as well as best-of-breed sponsors.
Experience/qualifications: This is an entry-level role. We are looking for candidates with internship experience in creating industry-leading, intuitive, beautifully realized websites. The majority of your experience should be in website design and your design sensibilities should match that of TED — simple, functional, thoughtfully creative. You will be working under the direction of industry-leading designers and product managers in a cross-disciplinary team to assist in creative asset production. We have a startup-like environment with everyone chipping in wherever is needed. You are the person who can, and loves to, wear many hats.
