Who we are:
We are a group of smart, down-to-earth people who are trying to change the world through the power of design. It might sound lofty, but hey, someone has to create the future. We work our asses off. We expect a lot of one another. We laugh a lot. We realize there is life outside the office. We collaborate like crazy. Sometimes we stay late. Some times we take long lunches in the park. We are restless, but rarely bored.
We are a culture of thinkers and doers. We believe in ideas. We work locally and think globally. We are all expected to teach and learn and to call bullshit when appropriate. We never stop trying to do it smarter and better. Oh, and we have beer taps in the kitchen.
Who you are:
You are smart and friendly. You don’t require supervision. You listen with both ears. You speak your mind. You mentor and learn during the same conversation. You fight for the best ideas, even if they aren’t yours. You have some impressive skills and experience. You are tough to label. You always do more than just make the donuts.
