We are looking for an exceptional Art Director that is capable of collaborating directly with the Creative Directors and other discipline leads to develop and execute insight-driven concept and strategies. The Art Director will also be responsible for transforming these concepts and strategies into innovative platforms and ensuring consistent strategy, voice, and visual direction. He/She does so by guiding visual and interaction designers in executing and ideating campaigns, branding, print, and digital work. The Art Director adopts new technology and innovative thinking to develop and maintain excellence in all the work done. The Art Director demonstrates leadership qualities and mentors senior designers directly and by example.
