The position of Associate Creative Director is a senior leadership role at CREATETHE GROUP. The ACD supports the Chief Creative Officer in managing the overall creative vision, process and creative team at CREATETHE GROUP. A heavy client-facing role, the ACD will cultivate and manage close partnerships with multiple brands, being the creative day-to-day contact. The ACD candidate will have the ability to understand the needs of each brand, its unique challenges and be nimble enough to switch from one to the other without missing a mark. The ACD is a passionate leader who loves a good challenge and is brave enough to think different while maintaining the highest standards of design usability.
