The Associate Creative Director is responsible for establishing, inspiring, leading, and mentoring the creative process, from collaborative conceptualization and overseeing the final product through the creative system. This role sets the quality bar for the creative product of the company at a level that is amongst the top tier within the industry. This role is responsible for managing and coaching the creative team, and ensuring their success. This role also has the day to day responsibility of creative quality assurance and sign off, as well as being the lead in creative management and work.
