Film ‘Upside Down, Left to Right’ Captures Essence of Letterpress

This short film “Upside Down, Left to Right: A Letterpress Film” by Danny Cooke captures the methodical and soothing-to-see art of letterpress. The film features Paul Collier, the expert behind the movable-type printing workshop at Plymouth University, UK. “Digital age does remove us from the tactile age, the more hands-on,” Collier says in the film. “And I think there is a longing in our soul to get back to that.”
