Graphite Letters

Most of us would use a pencil to draw a letter “A.” Not British carpenter/artist Dalton Ghetti. He carves tiny letters (and other objects) into the tips of pencil leads.

Dalton uses three basic tools to make his incredible creations – a razor blade, sewing needle and sculpting knife. He even refuses to use a magnifying glass and has never sold any of his work, only given it away to friends. He said: “I use the sewing needle to make holes or dig into the graphite. I scratch and create lines and turn the graphite around slowly in my hand”

See more of his work in this slide show from The Telegraph.

I do agree with all the concepts you have presented for your post. They’re really convincing and can definitely work. Still, the posts are very brief for newbies. May you please extend them a little from subsequent time? Thanks for the post.
